Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon agave
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon cup chia seeds
- blueberries
Method
- In a medium bowl, gently whisk the coconut milk, agave, vanilla and chia seeds; let stand 30 minutes. Stir to distribute the seeds if they have settled. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- The next day add blueberries.
