Ingredients

  • Pistachio Nut Cake
  • 1 pkg yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg pistachio pudding & Pie filling
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 tsp almond extract

Method

  • Combine and blend above ingredients for 2 min at medium speed.
  • Then combine 1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp cinnamon 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts. Pour 1/3 batter into greased, floured 10" Bundt pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 c sugar and repeat. Top with remaining batter. Bake at 350 for 50 min. cool for 15 minutes before removing from pan.
  • After removing from pan, sprinkle with confectioner's sugar.
