Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 lb. powdered sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
Method
- Mix together cake mix, margarine and egg.
- The mixture will be more like a dough.
- Spread the mixture into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch size pan.
- Set aside.
- Mix in a blender or mixer, powdered sugar, eggs and cream cheese.
- Pour the mixture of powdered sugar, eggs and cream cheese over the cake mixture.
- Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting into bars. The cake will fall; don't panic, it is suppose to!
