- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O, cherry or strawberry
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 (20 oz.) can of crushed pineapple (drain well)
- 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling or strawberry
- 8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. nuts
Method
- Dissolve Jell-O in water, add pineapple and pie filling.
- Stir and congeal.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add sugar. Blend in sour cream.
- Spread over top congealed mixture.
- Top with nuts.
