Ingredients
- 3 c. cooked pie cherries, drained
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. Quaker oats (uncooked)
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. melted butter
Method
- Combine
- cherries
- and almond extract; place in greased 8-inch square
- baking
- pan.
- Combine
- dry
- ingredients;
- add melted butter, mixing until crumbly.
- Sprinkle over cherries. Bake in a preheated 375° oven 20 to 25 minutes.
- Serve warm or cold with your favorite whipped topping.
