Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 2 c. flour
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Grease 13 x 9 1/2 x 2-inch pan.
- Blend all dry ingredients.
- Add butter, eggs and milk.
- Stir until mixed well.
- Put into pan.
- Spoon pie filling on top, leaving space between spoonfuls.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
- Drizzle powdered sugar frosting on top while still warm.
