Ingredients
- 1 small chuck roast or steak
- 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup
- 1 c. water
- 1 small can sliced mushrooms
- buttered noodles
Method
- Cut roast or steak into cubes.
- Mix together dry onion soup and water.
- Pour the mixture over meat.
- Bake in a covered casserole for 3 hours at 375°.
- Uncover.
- Add mushrooms.
- Heat for another 10 minutes.
- Serve on buttered noodles.
