Ingredients
- 2 pounds Frozen Hash Browns (shredded Or Diced), Thawed
- 1 can Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 2 cups Sour Cream
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar
- 1/2 cups Chopped White Onion
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 1/2 cups Butter, Melted
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Method
- Mix together all ingredients.
- Place in a casserole.
- Bake at 350 for 60 minutes.
- (This recipe can also be made ahead of time. It will keep in the fridge for 24 hours.)
