Ingredients
- 4 oz fresh goat cheese, at room temperature
- 1/4 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 2 tsp chopped fresh dill
- 12 oz cherry tomatoes
Method
- Combine goat cheese, garlic and herbs. Season then transfer to a piping bag.
- Cut a small slice off the bottom of each tomato so they lay flat on a serving plate. Cut off top 1/4 of each tomato. Reserve tops. Pipe cheese on top of tomatoes then place tops back on.
