Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. sausage or hamburger
  • 1/2 c. onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 unbaked pie shell
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. Pet milk
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Method

  • Fry sausage and drain, reserving 2 tablespoons fat. Saute onion and green pepper in fat. Combine cheese and flour. Stir in sausage and remaining ingredients and spread in pie shell. Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes or until browned.
