Ingredients
- 2 lb. frozen hash browns
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 cans cream of potato soup
- 1/4 c. onion
- salt and pepper
Method
- Mix ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
- (Save 2 ounces of grated Cheddar cheese for topping.)
- Bake, covered, in a greased pan at 350° for 1 1/4 hours.
- Bake another 1/4 hour, uncovered.
