Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) baked pie crust
- 1 small box strawberry jello
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 pt. vanilla ice cream
- 1 (10 oz.) box frozen strawberries
Method
- Dissolve
- jello
- in
- boiling water.
- Immediately add ice cream and
- stir
- until
- mixture is smooth and free from lumps. Place in
- refrigerator
- for 15 minutes.
- Remove and add thawed strawberries.
- Pour in baked pie crust.
- Return to refrigerator for at least three hours.
- Decorate with whipped cream (optional).
