Ingredients

  • 1 (9-inch) baked pie crust
  • 1 small box strawberry jello
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 pt. vanilla ice cream
  • 1 (10 oz.) box frozen strawberries

Method

  • Dissolve
  • jello
  • in
  • boiling water.
  • Immediately add ice cream and
  • stir
  • until
  • mixture is smooth and free from lumps. Place in
  • refrigerator
  • for 15 minutes.
  • Remove and add thawed strawberries.
  • Pour in baked pie crust.
  • Return to refrigerator for at least three hours.
  • Decorate with whipped cream (optional).
