Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1 carton (1 pint) sour cream
Method
- Cook potatoes with skins on. Boil until tender.
- Peel and grate.
- Salt to taste. Cook margarine and cheese together in a large pan until melted. Add sour cream. Stir well.
- Stir in potatoes until well mixed.
- Pour into buttered casserole. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
