Ingredients

  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • 4 c. cooked chicken
  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 can chicken gravy
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. instant potatoes (dry)
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 egg

Method

  • Heat oven to 350°.
  • Prepare mashed potatoes; stir in 1/2 cup of cheese.
  • Spread in ungreased pan.
  • Mix chicken, broccoli, gravy and pepper.
  • Spread over potato mixture.
  • Mix remaining cheese and remaining ingredients.
  • Drop by spoonful evenly onto chicken mixture.
  • Spread evenly.
  • Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
