Ingredients
- 1 lb. confectioners sugar
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. boiling water
- 1/3 c. soft butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Add first 3 ingredients.
- Add water, butter and vanilla.
- Beat until creamy.
- Frosts one 9 x 13-inch or two 8 or 9-inch cakes.
