Ingredients
- 1 can (15 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple
- 1 box (3 oz.) lime jello
- 1 (10 oz.) bag miniature marshmallows
- 1 pkg. butter mints, crushed or Brach's white with green centers
- 1 large Cool Whip
Method
- Mix dry jello with pineapple; mix well.
- Add marshmallows and mints.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Next day, fold in Cool Whip and mix well.
- Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Chill.
