Ingredients
- 10 slices Bacon
- 2 whole Tomatoes, Diced
- 1 whole Jalapeno Pepper, Sliced Thin Without Seeds
- 2 whole Garlic Cloves, Minced (more If You Like)
- 3/4 pounds, 1- 1/4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese (1 1/2 Packages)
- 2 whole Green Onions, Sliced Thin
- 2 cups, 1 tablespoon, 2 teaspoons, 7-18 pinches 35% Cream (Heavy Cream)
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper To Taste
Method
- 1.
- Cook bacon till crisp.
- Drain well, removing all traces of fat.
- Crumble and set aside.
- 2.
- Quickly saute tomatoes, jalapeno, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Add pre-cooked bacon.
- 3.
- Cut cream cheese into cubes; add to mixture, stirring until melted.
- 4.
- Add green onions.
- 5.
- Stir in heavy cream, simmer, stirring occasionally until desired consistency (approximately 5-10 minutes).
- 6.
- Serve with your favorite dippers.
