Ingredients
- 1 lb. large shrimp, cleaned Safeway 1 lb For $8.99 thru 02/09
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 3 cups hot cooked rice
Method
- Cook and stir shrimp and garlic in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat until shrimp turn pink.
- Add mustard, lemon juice and parsley; mix well.
- Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Serve over rice.
