Ingredients
- 1 Thinly sliced beef
- 1 Burdock root
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 Sake
- 1 dash Mirin
Method
- Roughly julienne the burdock root and parboil.
- Roll up Step 1 with beef.
- Combine the seasonings in a pot, and briefly simmer until the the colour of the meat changes .
