Ingredients

  • 4 Eggplant
  • 200 grams Minced meat
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 1 piece Grated ginger
  • 4 tbsp Sake
  • 4 tbsp Mirin
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 to 1 tablespoon Sugar

Method

  • Chop off the stem from the eggplant and slice to 5 mm diagonals.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and stir fry the minced meat.
  • When the minced meat from Step 1 is cooked, put the eggplants, and let the eggplants absorb the oil whilst stir frying.
  • Put all ingredients into Step 2 in order and stir fry until softened.
  • Serve on a plate and sprinkle white sesame to your liking.
  • It's done.
