Ingredients
- 4 Eggplant
- 200 grams Minced meat
- 1 to 2 tablespoons Oil
- 1 piece Grated ginger
- 4 tbsp Sake
- 4 tbsp Mirin
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 to 1 tablespoon Sugar
Method
- Chop off the stem from the eggplant and slice to 5 mm diagonals.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and stir fry the minced meat.
- When the minced meat from Step 1 is cooked, put the eggplants, and let the eggplants absorb the oil whilst stir frying.
- Put all ingredients into Step 2 in order and stir fry until softened.
- Serve on a plate and sprinkle white sesame to your liking.
- It's done.
