Ingredients

  • 1 (21 1/2 oz.) pkg. fudge brownie mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

Method

  • Prepare brownie mix as directed on package.
  • Spread into well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  • In small bowl, beat cheese, butter and cornstarch until fluffy.
  • Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, then egg and vanilla until smooth.
  • Pour evenly over brownie batter.
  • Bake 45 minutes or until brown.
  • Cool and top with Chocolate Glaze.
