Ingredients
- 1 (21 1/2 oz.) pkg. fudge brownie mix
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Method
- Prepare brownie mix as directed on package.
- Spread into well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- In small bowl, beat cheese, butter and cornstarch until fluffy.
- Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, then egg and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour evenly over brownie batter.
- Bake 45 minutes or until brown.
- Cool and top with Chocolate Glaze.
