Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 18 vanilla wafers
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Method
- Mix all ingredients except wafers.
- Place vanilla wafer in bottom of baking cup liners.
- Fill 3/4 full with cheese mixture. Bake 20 minutes at 350°.
- Cool in refrigerator.
- Top with any fruit filling.
- Makes 18 tarts.
