Ingredients
- 24 vanilla wafers
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Line 24 muffin tins with paper liners.
- Place 1 vanilla wafer in bottom of each.
- Blend cream cheese, lemon juice, eggs and vanilla in bowl.
- Spoon enough mixture in tins to half fill.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
- Cool; top with the pie filling.
