Ingredients
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. beef bouillon
- 1 1/2 c. crushed crackers
Method
- Brown (fast) pork chops.
- Cook sliced potatoes almost done. Place meat in bottom of baking dish or pan; sprinkle with garlic salt.
- Put potatoes on top of meat; cover with a can of mushroom soup.
- Bake at low heat until brown.
- Salt potatoes to taste.
