Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onions
- 1 qt. Ragu sauce
- 1 lb. cottage cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 pkg. lasagna noodles, cooked
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Method
- Brown ground beef and onions in a skillet, stirring until crumbly.
- Drain; add Ragu sauce mixing well and simmering. Combine cottage cheese, egg and Mozzarella cheese in a bowl, mixing until smooth.
