Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. plain flour
- 1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese
- dash of cayenne
Method
- Let margarine soften.
- Add cheese, salt and cayenne; mix well. Add flour; shape into 3 rolls, 1 1/2 inches.
- Chill well.
- Cut in 1/8-inch slices. Bake on ungreased pan at 350° until light tan.
