- 8 oz. sharp shredded Cheddar
- 1/3 c. half and half
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
Method
- Place cheese in bowl.
- Add half and half to make of spreading consistency.
- Stir mustard in.
- Spoon into serving dish.
- Serve with crackers, vegetables or apples.
- Yields 8 servings.
