Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Frosty Acres frozen vegetables (potatoes, carrots, onions and celery)
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 tsp. parsley flakes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 qt. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 8 oz. Velveeta cheese, diced
  • dash of Beau Monde

Method

  • Dissolve
  • bouillon cubes in hot water.
  • Combine vegetables, parsley
  • and
  • seasonings
  • with bouillon water.
  • Mix and simmer
  • 30 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  • Mash vegetables.
  • Add
  • milk gradually while stirring;
  • then add flour in the same manner. Add cheese and stir until melted.
