Ingredients

  • 1 c. crushed pineapple
  • 2 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tall can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 1/2 c. diced green olives
  • 1/2 c. unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
  • juice of 1 lemon

Method

  • Combine gelatin and boiling water.
  • Add other ingredients to gelatin mixture.
  • Pour in 9 x 2-inch pan (glass or metal).
  • Chill until firm.
  • Cut in squares.
  • Serve with dressing of 1/2 cup Miracle Whip and 1/2 cup whipped cream.
  • Delicious.
  • Serves 6 to 8.
