Ingredients
- 3 lb. potatoes
- 1 lb. onions
- 1 lb. cheese, grated (not fine)
Method
- Peel, cook and mash potatoes and onions.
- When ready, layer potatoes, onions and cheese in glass or regular pan (9 x 11-inch), ending with mashed potatoes on top sprinkled with cheese.
- Cooking time is 25 to 30 minutes.
- Tastes wonderful.
- Serve by itself or with hot dogs, hamburgers, etc.
