Ingredients
- 1 c. regular rice or 1 1/3 c. pre-cooked rice
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 small onion, chopped
- salt
- pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Method
- While rice cooks, brown hamburger, onion, salt and pepper in frypan.
- When meat is brown, stir in the mushroom soup and heat through.
- Serve over rice.
- Makes 4 servings.
