- 6 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 onion
- 3 carrots
- 2 small zucchini
- 1 tomatoes
- salt and pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 14 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 tablespoon butter
Method
- Chop or slice or shred all vegetables.
- Add Seasoning.
- Put into a deep Fry pan with Butter on top.
- Cover and cook over medium heat.
- Turn veggies as they cook and soften, about 15 Minutes.
- Stir often.
