Ingredients
- 60 stuffed olives, well drained
- 2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
Method
- Blend cheese with butter.
- Sift together flour, salt and paprika.
- Add cheese mixture and mix well.
- Pinch off a small amount of the dough; flatten in the palm of your hand and wrap the dough around each olive.
- Freeze.
- Do not thaw before baking.
- When ready to bake, place cheese balls on baking sheet and bake in a preheated 400° oven for 15 minutes.
- Makes 5 dozen.
