Ingredients
- 1/2 c. quick-cooking grits
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
Method
- Combine grits and salt in saucepan with 2 cups water.
- Cook for 15 minutes.
- Add butter and cheese.
- Stir until cheese is melted.
- Serve hot.
- Yield: 4 servings.
