Ingredients
- 1 c. rolled oats
- 1 1/2 c. whole-wheat pastry flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. chopped roasted walnuts
- 1/2 c. raisins, soaked in hot water to cover 5 minutes
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. maple syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tsp. rice vinegar
Method
- Drain raisins. Blend dry ingredients. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop on oiled cookie sheet and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 325°. Yields 24 small cookies.
