Ingredients
- 1 box Jell-O (lime or lemon)
- 1 c. hot water
- 20 graham crackers
- 1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can Milnot, chilled, or canned milk
Method
- Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
- Put in refrigerator.
- Roll graham crackers to make crumbs.
- Add powdered sugar and melted butter and mix.
- Line a large baking dish with one-half of the cracker mixture.
- Put in refrigerator.
- Cream together cheese and sugar, then add vanilla and Jell-O mixture.
- Mix well.
- Pour into crumb-lined baking dish and top with remaining cracker mixture. Let stand in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
