Ingredients

  • 1 box Jell-O (lime or lemon)
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 20 graham crackers
  • 1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can Milnot, chilled, or canned milk

Method

  • Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
  • Put in refrigerator.
  • Roll graham crackers to make crumbs.
  • Add powdered sugar and melted butter and mix.
  • Line a large baking dish with one-half of the cracker mixture.
  • Put in refrigerator.
  • Cream together cheese and sugar, then add vanilla and Jell-O mixture.
  • Mix well.
  • Pour into crumb-lined baking dish and top with remaining cracker mixture. Let stand in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
