Ingredients
- 2 c. cooked, rinsed and drained rice
- 2 c. milk
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. raisins
Method
- Combine and beat well all except rice and raisins, then add both.
- Pour into buttered or sprayed casserole.
- Set in larger pan; measure about 3/4 inch boiling water into pan.
- Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours or until set.
- Serve hot or cold, plain or with cream or fruit.
