Ingredients
- 1 lb. cream cheese
- 1 lb. cottage cheese (2 c.)
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. (1/2 pt.) sour cream
- 1/4 lb. butter or margarine, melted
Method
- Blend cottage cheese and softened cream cheese together.
- Add sugar, 1/2 cup at a time.
- Beat eggs and add.
- Add this combination and remainder of ingredients.
- Mix well, put into a greased spring pan.
- Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
- Turn oven off and leave in oven another 2 hours.
