Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cream cheese
  • 1 lb. cottage cheese (2 c.)
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. (1/2 pt.) sour cream
  • 1/4 lb. butter or margarine, melted

Method

  • Blend cottage cheese and softened cream cheese together.
  • Add sugar, 1/2 cup at a time.
  • Beat eggs and add.
  • Add this combination and remainder of ingredients.
  • Mix well, put into a greased spring pan.
  • Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
  • Turn oven off and leave in oven another 2 hours.
