Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. graham crackers
  • chocolate sauce
  • Cool Whip, thawed

Method

  • Break each graham cracker in half.
  • Thaw the Cool Whip until soft.
  • Place 1/2 of the graham crackers in a cookie sheet and top with a spoonful of Cool Whip.
  • Top with another cracker and add Cool Whip on top.
  • You may add another layer, if you wish.
  • Repeat with other crackers.
  • Freeze for several hours.
  • When serving, top with a drizzle of chocolate sauce or other ice cream sauce.
