Ingredients

  • 4 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 1 (5 ounce) jar Kraft Old English cheese spread
  • 1 (4 ounce) package blue cheese
  • 3 tablespoons finely minced onions
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped Italian parsley (flat-leaf parsley)
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans, divided
  • paprika
  • finely chopped Italian parsley, for garnish (optional)

Method

  • Let cheeses soften to room temperature.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the cheeses together with a fork until well blended.
  • In a small bowl, combine the minced onion, parsley, and 1/2 cup pecans; add to the cheese mixture, blending well.
  • Cover and chill until firm.
  • Shape into a ball and roll in remaining nuts.
  • Sprinkle with paprika and additional parsley, if desired .
  • Chill.
  • Place in the center of a large platter or tray.
  • Serve with crackers.
