Ingredients
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- sliced chicken
- 1 bag broccoli, carrots and water chestnuts
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch in 3/4 c. water
Method
- Saute garlic cloves, soy sauce, ground ginger and sliced chicken.
- Then add broccoli, carrots and water chestnuts.
- Cook until vegetables are tender.
- Mix cornstarch in water.
- Add to stir-fry and cook until thickened.
- Serve over rice.
