Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
- salt to taste
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Combine all ingredients, except nuts. Chill 1 hour. Form into ball, then roll in pecans.
