Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cold pack cheese (sharp Cheddar spread)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 tsp. pimento
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. onion
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Method

  • Beat cheeses on medium speed until fluffy.
  • Mix in onion and Worcestershire sauce; add lemon juice, pimento and butter.
  • Stir in pecans.
  • Cover and chill 3 to 4 hours.
  • Mold into a large ball. Cover and chill until firm, about 2 hours.
