Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cold pack cheese (sharp Cheddar spread)
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 tsp. pimento
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. onion
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. butter
- 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Method
- Beat cheeses on medium speed until fluffy.
- Mix in onion and Worcestershire sauce; add lemon juice, pimento and butter.
- Stir in pecans.
- Cover and chill 3 to 4 hours.
- Mold into a large ball. Cover and chill until firm, about 2 hours.
