Ingredients
- 10 carrots, sliced diagonally (or 1 small package baby carrots)
- 1 (15 oz.) can pineapple tidbits
- 1 c. sour orange
- 1/4 c. sugar (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
Method
- Cook carrots about 15 minutes. Drain. Combine other ingredients and cook until thickened.
- Heat carrots with thickened mixture.
