Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. corn syrup
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 c. pecans
- pastry pie crust
Method
- Beat eggs slightly in a 2-quart bowl.
- Stir in sugar, corn syrup and melted butter.
- Add pecans.
- Pour into unbaked shell. Bake near center of oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until filling is slightly firm in a 375° oven.
