- 3 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 c. water
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
- dash of black pepper
- 10 oz. whole kernel corn
- 3 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. American cheese, shredded
Method
- Cook potatoes in water until done.
- Make thickener by mixing flour in 1/2 cup of milk.
- Add to potatoes.
- Add remaining ingredients, except cheese.
- Simmer until heated through.
- Add cheese.
- Heat until melted.
