Ingredients
- 5 to 6 potatoes, half cooked, then shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- onion, chopped to taste
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Put shredded potatoes in a baking dish.
- Top with onion and butter.
- Spread soup and sour cream over potatoes and butter.
- Top with cheese.
- Bake at 400°, covered, 20 to 30 minutes and uncovered, 10 to 15 minutes.
