Ingredients
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; mix well. Carefully stir in potatoes.
- Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
- Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
- Yield:
- 8 to 10 servings.
