Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. imitation crabmeat
  • 4 limes
  • 2 avocados
  • 6 green onions, sliced
  • 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 1 ea. green, red & yellow pepper, chopped
  • Fresh ground pepper
  • Seafood cocktail sauce mixed with few drops of Tabasco

Method

  • Flake the crabmeat in a large mixing bowl and douse with juice of one (1) lime.
  • Add avocados, onions and peppers.
  • Stir gently.
  • Season with ground pepper and juice from the second lime. Cover and refrigerate.
  • Serve from your prettiest bowl surrounded by pita bread, triangles, party crackers, endive spears and remaining two (2) limes sliced.
  • Serve with cocktail sauce.
