Ingredients
- 2 lbs. imitation crabmeat
- 4 limes
- 2 avocados
- 6 green onions, sliced
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 1 ea. green, red & yellow pepper, chopped
- Fresh ground pepper
- Seafood cocktail sauce mixed with few drops of Tabasco
Method
- Flake the crabmeat in a large mixing bowl and douse with juice of one (1) lime.
- Add avocados, onions and peppers.
- Stir gently.
- Season with ground pepper and juice from the second lime. Cover and refrigerate.
- Serve from your prettiest bowl surrounded by pita bread, triangles, party crackers, endive spears and remaining two (2) limes sliced.
- Serve with cocktail sauce.
