Ingredients
- 1 head lettuce
- 11 oz. can Mandarin orange slices
- 1 c. seedless green grapes, halved
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions or chives
- 1/2 c. sliced toasted almonds
- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Method
- Combine ingredients, except 1/2 almonds and 1/2 parsley.
